The Chocolates    “Cioccolato” (cho-koh-LAH-toh)
  

Bacio  (BAH-cho) : Named for the famous Chocolate Candies that come from Perugia, a Chocolate Hazelnut combination 
Cioccolato  (cho-koh-LAH-toh) :  Your basic Chocolate, the variations are endless.
Cioccolato Fondente  (cho-koh-LAH-toh fawn-DEN-teh) :  Dark Chocolate.
Cioccolato al latte  (cho-koh-LAH-toh ahl LAH-tay) :  Milk Chocolate.
Cioccolato all’arancia  (cho-koh-LAH-toh ahl-ah-RAHN-cha) :This is Chocolate Orange,  most often a Dark Chocolate and  may also include Candied Bits of Orange Peel.
Cioccolato con Peperoncini  (cho-koh-LAH-toh kohn pep-pehr-ohn-CHEE-nee) : Dark  Chocolate, Orange and  Pepper.
Cioccolato all’azteca  (cho-koh-LAH-toh-ahl-az-TEH-kah) : Has both cinnamon and hot pepper.
Cioccolato al latte  A creamy combination of Milk Chocolate and Hazelnut.

The Nuts
Nuts are a popular ingredient in many of the chocolate and cream flavors,   

Pistachio (pee-STAHK-yoh) :  A very popular flavor.  Bronte Sicily, a major part of its farming is Pistachio Nuts.
Mandorla  (mahn-DOOR-lah) :  Sicilian Almonds are famous for the range of varieties, The best Almonds are grown in Catania near Mt Etna.
Castagna (kahs-TAHN-yah) Chestnut
Nocciola  (noh-CHO-lah) : Hazelnut   Are grown in Sicily near Mt. Nebrodi and Mt Madonie

The Creams

Fior di latte (FYOR-dee-LAH-tay) : The base flavor for all cream (or even chocolate) flavors, this is  “flower of milk” and it’s  subtle sweet cream flavor. 
Crema  (KREH-mah) : An Egg Custard flavor.
Zabaione  (zah-bah-YOH-nay) : based on a dessert of the same name. Made of  egg yolks and sweet Marsala wine.
Cocco (KOH-koh) : Coconut
Caffè (kah-FEH) : Espresso, the Gelato version.
Amarena (ah-mah-RAY-nah) : A "fior di latte" with a sauce of Sour Cherries mixed in. The Cherries are stewed in something, They are chewy and you get a whole Cherry to top it off.

Fragola  (FRAH-go-lah) : Strawberry 
Lampone  (lahm-POH-nay) : Raspberry 
Limone  (lee-MOH-nay) : Lemon 
Mandarino  (mahn-dah-REE-noh) : Mandarin Orange
Melone  (meh-LOH-nay) : Melon {cantaloupe)
Albicocca  (al-bee-KOH-kah)  : Apricot
Fico  (FEE-koh) : Fig
Tarocco  (tah-ROH-koh) : Blood Orange.  Blood Oranges are grown in Sicily
Frutti di bosco  (FROO-tee dee BOHS-koh) : “fruits of the forest",  Blueberries and Blackberries. 
Mela  (MEH-lah) : Apple 
Mela Verde  (MEH-lah VEHR-day) : Green Apple
Pera  (PEH-rah) : Pear
Pesca  (PEHS-kah) : Peach
