A fine twine is interlaced throughout the pocket giving it the benefit of exfoliation when used.
The entire surface is cross-stitched from end to end every 1/8 " for durability.

Multiple Uses

It can be used as a soaping sponge by leaving the sponge in that it comes with.
OR
remove the sponge and insert a soap. This gives the user exfoliation and cleansing while adding continual suds.
